Responsibilities

    • Analyze market trends and data in the Web3 space
    • Develop and execute business development plans to drive product growth
    • Build and maintain strong partner relationships, gather feedback
    • Plan and manage Web3 wallet projects to ensure smooth execution
    • Coordinate with teams to translate BD terms into operational plans
    • Monitor wallet performance and optimize user experience

Requirements

    • 2+ years experience in Web3 business development and campaign operations
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
    • Solid understanding of blockchain and Web3 wallet ecosystem
    • Fluent spoken English & Chinese to smoothly communicate with stakeholders, excellent communication, negotiation, and execution skills
    • Strong analytical and project management abilities
    • Detail-oriented and meticulous, adaptable to fast-paced environments
