Overview

Blockchain technology is estimated by Gartner to be a $1.5 trillion (not billion) market by 2025 and $3 trillion by 2030. Business applications of blockchain solutions across multiple industries will make up the bulk of new adoption, giving Casper blockchain and CasperLabs a first mover advantage.

Specifically, we are looking for a talented individual to help our Strategic Relationships team with business development, strategic partnership, and investor relations efforts. Responsibilities

  • Research the crypto landscape in target markets to choose the best partners for our project.
  • Assist with due diligence and other requirements for various blockchain industry partnerships.
  • Coordinate activities around and nurture relationships with various players in the crypto ecosystem, including but not limited to exchanges, wallets, NFT projects, learn-to-earn programs and others.
  • Develop relationships with and provide strategic support to projects building on the Casper network.
  • Performing research and analysis on various topics related to the industry.
  • Create properties, triggers, lists, and calls to action within CasperLabs’ customer relationship management (CRM) tooling; streamline and improve CRM processes for improved pipeline efficiency.
  • Cultivate and mature investor relationships within CasperLabs’ CRM to help evolve the company’s relationships among existing and prospective investors.
  • Help facilitate CaserLabs’ advisor program efficiently and effectively.
  • Graduated Bachelor from a leading university
  • Knowledgeable about Blockchain technology, enthusiastic about crypto.
  • Experience in the blockchain or cryptocurrency companies or supporting those product groups is strongly preferred
  • Experience working with commercial agreements, preferably including creating and negotiating agreements outside of standard sales contracts.
  • Advanced in G-suite/MS Office environment - Google Sheets/Excel (maintain complex spreadsheets) and Slides/PowerPoint skills required
  • Fluency in English required, working knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Candidates for the position can be located anywhere in the world, but we ask that you overlap working hours with Eastern and Pacific Time zones (EST and PST). We at CasperLabs are a fully distributed team and have the tools and benefits to support you in your remote work environment.

This would involve identifying potential clients, building relationships with them, and presenting the benefits of the web3 products and services in a way that is compelling and relevant to the client's needs

The salesperson would also be responsible for negotiating contracts and pricing with clients, as well as providing support and guidance throughout the sales process

Additionally, the salesperson may be involved in developing sales strategies and tactics, and tracking and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Overall, the main responsibility of a salesperson in the web3 field is to drive sales and revenue for the company.
