Weâre looking for a Chief Business Development Officer to drive our expansion and cement STON.fi as the default liquidity aggregation protocol in the industry. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll forge deep industry relationships, build strategic partnerships with token issuers, liquidity providers, DEX aggregators, and market makers, and define the future of cross-chain DeFi.
What youâll do:
- Lead the charge in expanding STON.fiâs market presence, forging alliances that drive liquidity and unlock new growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company goals.
- Develop partnerships aimed at creating new products based on our technology.
- Optimize and scale lead management systems to track, nurture, and convert business development opportunities efficiently.
- Build and mentor a high-performing business development team, setting them up for success in a fast-moving industry.
- Develop and execute a liquidity strategy to enhance trading volume, deepen liquidity pools, and strengthen market participation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate across departments for cohesive strategy execution.
- Represent the company at conferences and events to promote brand awareness and identify potential business opportunities.
