Hard Skills Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the cryptocurrency or financial services industry
- Experience with spot and derivatives capital markets
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and trading
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness and curiosity to understand blockchain technologies, algorithmic trading, and liquidity provision
- Proficiency in using applications such as Slack, Pipedrive, Asana, Notion, and Google Suite products
