Responsibilities

    • Efficiently gain expertise in Kairon Labs’ services.
    • Quickly learn and communicate ethical market-making best practices.

    • Skillfully set realistic expectations while onboarding new clients.
    • Proactively manage onboarded clients for the entire duration of the business relationship.

Hard Skills Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
    • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the cryptocurrency or financial services industry
    • Experience with spot and derivatives capital markets
    • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and trading
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
    • Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Willingness and curiosity to understand blockchain technologies, algorithmic trading, and liquidity provision
    • Proficiency in using applications such as Slack, Pipedrive, Asana, Notion, and Google Suite products
    • Proficiency in Excel is a plus
