The Role

As Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving strategic collaborations that accelerate our trading volume, user growth, and market positioning. You will identify, develop, and manage relationships with key ecosystem partners, including top DeFi protocols, liquidity providers, blockchain networks, trading platforms, DAOs, and key influencers within Web3 Your work will directly contribute to increasing trading volume, expanding user acquisition, and enhancing our brand authority within the Web3 industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a high-impact partnership strategy aligned with our business objectives.

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with top DeFi projects, trading infrastructure providers, layer 1 & 2 blockchain networks, liquidity providers, and CEX/DEX platforms to drive trading volume and adoption.

  • Lead negotiations and secure strategic partnerships that create tangible business value.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of partnerships and integrations.

  • Establish and manage long-term strategic alliances with key industry players, institutional partners, and potential enterprise clients.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging DeFi primitives, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for growth.

  • Define and track KPIs for partnership success, such as user acquisition, trading activity, TVL growth, and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth roles, preferably in Web3, DeFi, or blockchain trading infrastructure.

  • Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and layer 1 & 2 solutions.

  • Proven ability to source, negotiate, and close high-impact strategic partnerships that drive growth.

  • A strong network with key players in the blockchain space, including founders, trading communities, liquidity providers, and investment DAOs.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Passion for decentralized technologies, crypto trading, and the future of Web3.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a high-growth startup with a focus on partnerships or business development.

  • Familiarity with smart contracts, tokenomics, and blockchain infrastructure.

  • Prior experience leading partnership teams or managing large-scale strategic initiatives.

As a sales in the field of web3, the individual would be responsible for selling web3 products and services to clients

This would involve identifying potential clients, building relationships with them, and presenting the benefits of the web3 products and services in a way that is compelling and relevant to the client's needs

The salesperson would also be responsible for negotiating contracts and pricing with clients, as well as providing support and guidance throughout the sales process

Additionally, the salesperson may be involved in developing sales strategies and tactics, and tracking and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
