About TXX
Our mission is to bridge the old world of stocks with the new world of tokenized assets by creating a tokenization platform and then listing it on our exchange. We’ll work with the SEC to determine what the regulations look like.
The TXX team draws on decades of expertise in the financial markets, large scale technology and financial regulation. TXX has recently raised a Series A from experts in the financial world.
The Role
TXX is building a platform to tokenize securities in a variety of different asset classes. As a smart contract engineer, you will be architecting, developing and verifying contracts that give liquidity and back office support to some of the world’s largest companies and funds.
Responsibilities
- Write, test and deploy smart contracts and maintain them in production
- Develop best practices for upgrades and versioning across different networks
- Collaborate with product, research and legal to create the user-facing applications to create and manage smart contracts
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of general development experience
- 2+ years of production smart contract development. Experience is a necessity.
- BS/BA in Computer Science
- Extreme Proficiency with Solidity, Rust or Vyper
- Experience designing, building, testing, deploying and maintaining high traffic smart contracts
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an eye for product
