Eximius Group are working with an established DeFi business that requires an experienced operational blockchain developer to join their European team. This is a hands on Rust and Solidity role but will also involve hiring and mentoring more junior developers as the business grows. You will also be expected to represent the business in meetings and at events which will require some travel within Europe but otherwise the role can be worked from home anywhere within Europe.
This is a chance to get a foot in the door at a successful DeFi business who are offering a token allocation as part of the package.
The company have an experienced technical leadership team and are already operating so this role is part of the growth of the technical team. You would report directly to the CTO and Technology Director in this position and as your team grows. They do require someone with DeFi experience rather than theoretical knowledge and the hands on blockchain development experience.
