We are seeking a talented Senior Backend Engineer to join our team, bringing expertise in scalable infrastructure and a passion for decentralized finance. In this role, you will design and develop high-performance systems that enable real-time data processing for DeFi protocols.
Our backend team focuses on low-latency, decentralized systems, allowing protocols to integrate risk-reducing data directly into smart contracts. While blockchain experience isn’t required, we seek top-tier engineers who excel at solving complex challenges and are eager to innovate in the evolving blockchain space. Your work will enhance the security and efficiency of our platform, driving the success of our risk management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain highly scalable backend systems to support real-time DeFi risk platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data pipelines into decentralized systems.
- Develop efficient, distributed systems and troubleshoot complex performance challenges.
- Optimize infrastructure to ensure low-latency and high availability for critical protocol data.
- Continuously evaluate and improve system performance with profiling tools and analytics.
- Ensure system reliability by implementing best practices in testing, security, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Infrastructure/Backend Services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop efficient solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with smart contracts, DeFi, or Blockchain projects (professionally or personally).
- Proficiency in Golang.
- Experience with profiling tools and performance optimization.
