About Us

BTC Inc. is the parent company of Bitcoin Magazine, The Bitcoin Conference, and Bitcoin for Corporations. Our mission is Hyperbitcoinization, the global adoption of Bitcoin as the world's preferred monetary network. We believe Bitcoin opens the door to a global monetary network free from poor incentives, censorship, and government manipulation. Our journey to success involves decades of complex problem-solving, product development, and service creation in order to onboard billions of people into a future where money is more accessible, borderless, and inclusive. If you enjoy working on challenging problems, fast-paced sprints, and navigating ambiguity, you'll find our mission and type of work inspiring and rewarding.

The Role

Bitcoin Magazine has covered Bitcoin since 2012, longer than any publication in the space. We're now building a daily live market show from our Nashville studio, and we're looking for an analyst to own the on-air market intelligence. This is a co-host role alongside our Lead Anchor. You'll be the person the audience trusts to break down what's happening in Bitcoin markets and why it matters, live, every day. Think less "read the teleprompter" and more "the sharpest person in the room explains what they're seeing on the charts right now." You'll work closely with our producer team and have support from Bitcoin Magazine's editorial and research bench, but when the camera's on, you're the market voice. We're building something new, and you'll have real input into the format, segments, and editorial direction from day one.

The Work

On-Air Analysis & Co-Hosting

  • Serve as the show's lead analyst and co-host, delivering real-time insight, context, and market breakdowns with narrative clarity — concise enough to land quickly, sharp enough to stick.
  • Provide the "what it means" layer: cause, effect, positioning, and risk framing across every segment.

Markets & Technical Analysis

  • Cover Bitcoin and related markets daily: spot, derivatives, ETFs/flows, liquidity, volatility, and risk sentiment.
  • Use technical analysis as a tool — levels, structure, trend, momentum — and translate macro catalysts (rates, policy, geopolitics) into market implications.

Bitcoin Ecosystem Fluency

  • Track and contextualize the major narratives across the Bitcoin ecosystem: mining/energy, custody, market structure, on-chain developments, corporate adoption, policy, and infrastructure.
  • Distinguish signal from noise and explain why a story matters — or doesn't — to Bitcoin.

Editorial & Production Collaboration

  • Work with the anchor and producer team on daily themes, segment ideas, guest selection, and the day's analysis beats — what charts, what data, what framing.
  • Partner with graphics/production to turn your analysis into on-screen visuals, bringing chart requests that are clear, specific, and production-ready.
  • Show up prepared, coachable, and consistent. Operate comfortably in a live studio environment. Keep analysis disciplined — no hype, no sloppy claims.

Your Experience

  • 3–7+ years in market analysis, trading, research, or financial media
  • Strong command of Bitcoin market structure: spot, derivatives, flows, and positioning
  • Technical analysis fluency — you can read a chart live and explain it to a broad audience
  • On-camera comfort, whether that's prior broadcast experience, podcasting, live streaming, or a strong public-facing presence
  • Nashville-based or willing to relocate (standard relocation package). We're building a studio, and this role is on-site
  • Comfort with TradingView, terminal->
Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with macro frameworks and how rate cycles, credit conditions, and global liquidity map to Bitcoin
  • Familiarity with markets exogenous to Bitcoin including energy, artificial intelligence, private credit, and real estate
  • A network across Bitcoin markets, mining, institutions, or policy that can feed guest bookings and sourcing
  • Broader Bitcoin ecosystem knowledge of mining, custody, infrastructure, and corporate adoption that adds depth to your commentary

Additional Benefits

In addition to working on a meaningful mission in a challenging environment, we also provide the following:

  • Unlimited Vacation
  • Company MacBook
  • Health, Dental, and Vision
  • Remote First / Your Schedule
  • 100% Paid Life Insurance and Disability
  • Work alongside a talented, fast-paced team solving complex problems
  • The opportunity to connect and network with the Bitcoin industry and leaders in the space.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

102,000 - 132,000 USD per year(Nashville Office)
