What you’ll do:

• Take a hands-on approach to immerse yourself in Cake DeFi, gaining a deep understanding of our business and our customers.
• Forge strong relationships across the Cake DeFi team.
• Take end-to-end ownership of our marketing campaign programs, project managing upwards and downwards with all key stakeholders involved.
• Review existing marketing campaign programs and look to implement new ideas.
• Design and manage campaign programs based on each market segment for new user acquisition.

What you’ll need:

• Experience in designing and managing campaign program in the crypto, digital consumer, technology or finance sector
• If not direct experience in the crypto industry, experience working with relevant target demographics
• Good understanding of crypto is a must to have
• Ability to work across different teams in various countries / time zone
• Fluency in a second language is preferred but not necessary
