Overview:

We are seeking a Venture Capital Associate with hands-on experience in early-stage investing and a strong passion for crypto, blockchain, and Web3 technologies. Based in New York, this role offers exposure to sourcing, evaluating, and supporting innovative startups shaping the digital asset ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate investment opportunities across crypto, blockchain, and Web3.
  • Conduct due diligence, including financial, technical, and market analysis.

  • Partner with portfolio companies to accelerate growth and strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of venture capital investing experience (required).
  • Strong knowledge of crypto, blockchain, and digital assets.
  • Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and research skills.
  • Clear and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • Must be based in New York or willing to relocate.
