WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Drive organic search traffic by defining and owning our overall organic strategy and ensuring that SEO strategies are meeting KPIs
- Develop comprehensive search strategies–balancing both organic and paid
- Optimize new website content for ranking to drive traffic, signups, and engagement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams within Ava Labs to ensure that all Ava Labs properties are performing at top capacity on search engines
- Liase with external agencies to ensure that search goals are met
- Stay up to date on the latest algorithm updates and SEO trends, especially within Web3
- Produce regular reporting to both marketing and executive teams on the impact of Ava Labs’ search strategy
- Push the boundaries of search by implementing the most innovative strategies that drive results
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 8+ years of professional marketing experience
- 5+ years of professional search experience (or related fields)
- Experience developing and executing search strategies for high-growth brands
- Experience driving technical SEO strategy, conducting regular indexing, site crawling, and rendering to identify areas of opportunity
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, & SEM Rush
- Preferred: Experience running search campaigns for Web3 brands
Salary Range: $110,000 to $137,600
