Sr. Manager / Director of Product

About The Role
Six Clovers is an early stage startup and this is our first product hire. You’ll be responsible for overall product management of the next generation real-time payments infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will be an individual who can make decisions with limited data, has a strong business acumen, is self-motivated, and possesses high energy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own product management from conception to launch.
- Align teams on a shared product vision and steer execution towards that vision.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and steer product roadmap.
- Define and analyze metrics to guide product development.
- Work closely with our customers and partners to ensure product interoperability.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Deep understanding of payments in one or more of following areas: Money-in, Money-out, and FX
- Fundamental understanding of blockchain technologies: Layer 1s, Layer 2s, and pertinent DeFi protocols.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
- Experience working with GTM teams to bring a new financial products to market
- Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem solving skills.
- Passion for blockchain and financial markets.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Haves:
- Good understanding of blockchain technologies and DeFi.
- Experience working with international payment systems or crypto platforms is strongly preferred
- Experience with KYC, KYB, payment regulations, banking regulations, and compliance
- Experience building brand new products or working in a startup environment
