Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New York, NY, for a Talent Acquisition Specialist specializing in Web3. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing innovative hiring strategies, and promoting Zyin's employer brand to attract top talent. Daily responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, and building strong talent pipelines to fulfill current and future hiring needs. The position also emphasizes collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
  • Skills in Interviewing and candidate evaluation
  • Experience in Hiring and understanding organizational needs
  • Knowledge of Employer Branding to enhance the company's recruitment efforts
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to stay updated on Web3 trends and technologies
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
