About the Team:

The Listings team is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with token and developer communities. As part of the Listings team, this role will be responsible for growing our customer base and strengthening our relationships with the broader crypto ecosystem by executing our token listing and management strategy. The team works cross-functionally with product, marketing, compliance, legal, and engineering teams.

About the Opportunity:

The successful candidate will be passionate about crypto and bringing more financial sovereignty to retail users. You’ll be analytical about evaluating new assets and constantly keep a pulse on emerging and upcoming assets in order to quickly add high-quality assets to the trading portfolio. You’ll support and hopefully own the listing process from end to end, beginning with sourcing and ending with launching and marketing.

At your core, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, process-driven environment and be able to adapt and adjust plans on-the-fly. You must also have strong prioritization skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done. You’ll be comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders, making recommendations on strategic decisions regarding the asset portfolio. Most importantly, you’ll drive results and significantly grow the Okcoin trader userbase.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work cross-functionally to execute the token listing strategy from sourcing, listing, and account/relationship management
• Evaluate different tokens using a metric-driven approach
• Use data to provide directional and content guidance to the marketing team with relation to token marketing and growth initiatives
• Build consensus with senior leadership to drive token listing forward
• Proactively engage token projects and their communities as an ambassador for OKCoin products and services
• Look for product partnership opportunities

• Drive agile decision-making within a constantly changing environment.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in sales, business development, investment banking, research, or consulting
• Experience working with teams across offices and timezones.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
