Working at GSR is an opportunity to be deeply embedded in every major sector of the cryptocurrency ecosystem. Your Impact This is a hands-on role at the core of GSR’s global trading business. You’ll help ensure trading runs smoothly across Market Making, OTC, DeFi, and Investments — managing trade flows, optimizing capital, and improving processes. It’s a fast-paced, high-ownership position offering exposure to markets, risk, finance, and infrastructure. What You’ll Do
Run key trade lifecycle processes: booking, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation
Monitor and investigate positions, P&L, cash, margin, and risk exposures
Support market making operations — onboarding, inventory, renewals
Resolve breaks and identify process improvements
Coordinate with exchanges, custodians, and banking partners
Deliver operational reports and support data-driven decision making
Maintain clear and up-to-date process documentation
About You
Crypto-savvy: 1+ year in digital assets, plus prior experience in ops, middle office, or trade support
Financially fluent: Understands derivatives, margin, credit, and options greeks
Detail-driven: Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fast-paced & autonomous: Thrives in a global trading environment
Tech-enabled: Python and SQL skills strongly preferred
