Overview

The Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in the organization's expansion and scalability by sourcing exceptional talents globally. Collaborating closely with all business departments, the team serves as a trusted advisor to executive leaders.

As the company's inaugural Talent Sourcer, your role will involve crafting sophisticated sourcing strategies to attract passive talent, conducting thorough market mapping, and identifying top-tier candidates across diverse functions, including engineering, sales, product, and corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and reach out to top-tier talent using innovative recruitment methods in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and talent mapping within the crypto, web3, and finance industries to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Arrange screening and evaluation calls with potential candidates to assess technical skills and alignment with company core values for open positions
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring superb customer service and delivering appropriate and timely responses.
  • Manage recruiting operations, including interview scheduling, candidate management, and maintaining trackers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Ensure data integrity throughout the recruitment life cycle by creating new requisitions on the ATS, organizing supporting documentation, and proactively maintaining accurate data and statistics reporting
  • Promote and support the diversity efforts by ensuring an inclusive work environment and by recruiting candidates from diverse backgrounds

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with a search firm, staffing agency as a sourcer, researcher or recruiter
  • Exceptional detail-oriented mindset with a proven track record of strong follow-through skills
  • Effective communicator and enthusiastic about speaking to people from across the globe
  • Demonstrated experience in crafting cold outbound messaging and executing candidate nurturing campaigns
  • A deep passion for cultivating relationships and serving as a valuable resource for potential candidates.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a cross-regional, team-based environment
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Application Tracking Systems (e.g.: Greenhouse), and Google Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in additional language(s) is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information with discretion
