Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and build solutions using Blockchain Technology.
- Write & Review high-quality code to fulfill product requirements.
- Engage in all areas of the build, release, and operations.
- Design and build Blockchain framework, accelerators, and assets.
- Document development artifacts and best practices.
- Involvement with various SDLC methodologies including Agile and Iterative models.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in software development with 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing Blockchain platforms or services.
- Good understanding of Blockchain platforms, specifically Solana and Polkadot.
- Good understanding of languages like RUST, GoLang, Solidity.
- Hands-on experience with containerized applications and frameworks with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in NodeJs, GIT repositories, and open source tools including CouchDB/Apache Kafka/ZooKeeper.
- Experience in developing libraries and platforms for use and deployment by application developers.
- Strong engineering principles and processes aimed at developing simple, modular, and high-quality code.
- Familiarity with test-driven software development processes and continuous integration tools and systems
- Distributed computing experience such as Kafka andRabbitMQ.
- Must have good communication skills in English (oral & written).
Other Skills:
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, databases, and large-scale websites.
- Experience with one or more front-development frameworks, such as React or Angular
- Should be able to work in a global, multicultural environment.
- Must have a structured and disciplined approach to work, with attention to detail.
- Should be able to work with little or no supervision.
