We are growing quickly, and an opportunity has developed on our Marketing team for a DeFi Community Manager. As our Community Manager, you will have a special focus on all things decentralized finance. You'll also be creating content across all of our social channels and driving engagement across all platforms. Qualified candidates for this role must have in-depth knowledge of the digital asset space, including crypto and defi.
 
Responsibilities
• Create unique content for our social channels to promote our brand
• Develop & implement strategies to drive engagement
• Monitor performance metrics & adjust strategies as needed
• Contribute to marketing collateral for the sales team
• Work cross-functionally on recruitment marketing projects

• Strong writer who doesn’t rely on AI to generate content
• Ability to understand our products & create compelling content
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Creative thinker & problem solver
• Excels in a dynamic, remote based environment

Qualifications 
• Experience with blockchain/crypto/web3.0 marketing is required
• 1+ years of experience in social media marketing or community management
• Experience with social media tools & analytics
• Bachelor’s degree
 
This is a full-time, permanently remote position. Compensation depends on experience
