Responsibilities:
- Credit control and debt collection
- Monitor payments and loan amount
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of loan payments
- Review procedures related to credit management and collection
- Calling and follow up with delinquent accounts
- Undertake accounts reconciliation of receipts
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on credit control matters
- Recommend and propose action for defaulted cases
- Prepare AR aging report on timely basis and escalate collection issues to Manager
- Assist supervisor on system development projects and system enhancement
- Support ad-hoc projects when necessary
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accountancy or related discipline
- Experience in Crypto /Fintech industry is preferred
- At least 3 years relevant experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable
- Familiar with Oracle NetSuite is a plus
- Strong focus on continuous improvement of processes and digitalisation
- Well organized, meticulous and systematic
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent MS Excel skill (Pivot Tables, look up functions)
- Proficient in English and Chinese ; both verbal and written
- Immediate available is preferred
