Job Description:
- AI projects initiate and management.
- Discover opportunities within BAU.
- Identify technical requirements, and risk management.
- Develop proof of concept (On demand).
- Manage and track projects.
- End-to-End AI applications development.
- Develop workflow and prompt engineering.
- Collaborate with the tech team on platform and model development.
- Support AI application operations and optimization.
- Designand implement evaluation method.
- Responsible for testing before release.
- Track indicators after release.
Qualification:
- Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management or related discipline.
- Proven experience in AI related jobs or project management.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver projects in time.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Passionate commitment to AI application development.
- Experience in building LLM workflow & prompt engineering.
- Programming skills: python [Entry level], SQL [Mid. level].
- Clear understanding of the cloud service backend systems like EC2, Hive, Elastic search.
- Experience in LLM fine-tune, e.g. SFT, RLHF.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
