We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join our CEO Office Team, This role involves efficiently managing the CEO's calendar, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and Collaborating on special projects aligned with the CEO.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:

• Efficiently coordinate and manage the CEO's intricate calendar, encompassing scheduling of meetings, events, and travel, while taking into account time zones and travel preferences; additionally, conduct proactive research and planning for travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics to guarantee flawless travel experiences.
• Responsible for venue booking, pre-meeting preparation, including agenda creation and distribution of materials and presentations, active participation in meetings, minute-taking, and diligent follow-up on action items as required.
• Cultivate robust relationships and engage with both internal and external stakeholders, encompassing partners, clients, and investors, while upholding a professional representation of the CEO's office and ensuring the utmost confidentiality in sensitive affairs.
• Collaborate on special projects that align with the CEO's vision and initiatives, contributing to the company's overall success.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and responsibilities to support the CEO's productivity and effectiveness.
  

Who We Are Looking For

• Previous experience working in top consulting firms will be given preference.
• Have a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives or C-suite members in a corporate environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential. 
• The candidate must be able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels effectively.
