Lewis Hamilton Investments is an institutional investment firm expanding its digital assets investment platform. The firm is opening a California-based hub to support venture analysis and capital deployment across crypto and blockchain-related opportunities.
The Role
We are hiring a Crypto Venture Analyst to support evaluation, diligence, and monitoring of digital asset and blockchain investments. The role is analytical and execution-oriented, focused on investment fundamentals rather than narrative-driven deal sourcing.
Responsibilities
• Analyze crypto and blockchain projects across infrastructure, trading, and market-facing verticals
• Build financial, token, and scenario models for investment evaluation
• Conduct technical, market, and risk diligence on potential investments
• Support investment memos and internal decision-making processes
• Monitor portfolio exposures and post-investment performance
Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in venture, investment analysis, or digital assets research
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Practical understanding of crypto market structure, token economics, and risk factors
• Experience conducting structured diligence and investment analysis
• Ability to work with incomplete data and make defensible analytical conclusions
Compensation
Base Salary: $130,000–$170,000 annually
