Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Protocol Engineering at XDC Network. The role involves leading and managing the protocol engineering team, scaling and maintaining the XDC Network masternodes and overall network performance. Overseeing engineering projects, and driving software development initiatives. This candidate will need to work from upcoming Hudson Yards office for the research arm of XDC Network team but there may be some flexibility to work remotely.
Qualifications
- A healthy github profile and track record of working with projects at scale
- Excellent in Game Theory, Mathematics
- Golang, solidity
- Engineering and Software Development Management
- Project Management skills
- Experience in leading engineering teams
- Strong background in software development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in blockchain technology is a plus
