Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operations across [functions, e.g., business operations, customer operations, risk, compliance, technical services].
- Design, implement, and improve scalable processes and workflows to support growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Risk, Tech, Customer Success) to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in operations, business management, or strategy (preferably in [industry, e.g., fintech, payment]).
- Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
