What you'll do:
- Run, tune, and improve our automated strategies on-chain and across exchanges. You’ll ensure they execute reliably and adapt to market conditions in real time.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and research to shape how the exchange functions at a fundamental level. You’ll help build resilient bots and contribute to protocol-level logic.
- Protect the exchange from manipulation and adversarial behaviour
- Identify potential vulnerabilities in trading logic or system architecture. Analyze behaviours, detect edge cases, and work closely with the security team to keep the platform robust and trustworthy.
Who you are:
- Strong background in quantitative analysis, algorithmic trading, or market microstructure
- Comfort working close to code (Python, Rust, or similar), enough to prototype or review logic
- Experience with DeFi protocols, centralised exchanges, or on-chain trading bots
- A hacker mindset; you think like an adversary to spot risks before they become problems
- Curiosity, ownership, and a bias toward action
