Autumn Compass is an algorithmic trading firm established in Sydney in 2015, expanding to Singapore in 2024 to grow our Cryptocurrency Trading division. Our key strategy is to combine the disciplines of software engineering, computer science and economic theory to develop highly successful and automated trading strategies. Our systems enable us to operate across a diverse range of liquidity platforms and technologies, both on-chain and off-chain.
We are seeking a capable DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing team, who will deploy, monitor and improve our real-time algorithmic trading systems and monitoring tools. Work alongside experienced engineers in Singapore and Australia as you develop your skills utilising professional best-practices and monitoring systems.

What you will do:
Manage and deploy Blockchain nodes, trading applications, and other key infrastructure running on Cloud servers.
Build and refine Grafana dashboards, Prometheus alerts and monitoring processes to ensure optimal performance and rapid issue detection and handling.
Maintain Python-based monitoring and utility scripts to monitor performance, trading anomalies, and identify opportunities.
Monitor and respond to alerts and issues, working with other engineers to resolve them.
Develop an understanding of blockchain technology stacks and decentralised liquidity protocols and exchange APIs.
What you bring:
2-4 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure roles.
Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent.
Solid Linux(Ubuntu), Python scripting, SQL and AWS experience.
Familiar with modern monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry).
Interest in working with real-time algorithmic trading systems, as well as cryptocurrency technologies
Proactive mindset, and strong ownership attitude.
