We believe that it takes great people and culture to make great products.  By treating each other with empathy and respect, we can live fulfilling lives outside of our jobs while also creating exceptional work.We are looking for a skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our Architecture team and help define the future of blockchain-enabled games at Mythical.This role is an excellent opportunity for an architect with a strong technical background and interest in gaming, blockchain, and scalable distributed systems. Key Responsibilities:

Design, evaluate, and improve technical architecture across multiple systems and services; Create and maintain clear, well-structured technical documentation; Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to engineering teams; Assess and communicate the technical and business impact of architectural decisions; Research and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and best practices relevant to our domain; Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies; Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical vision and business goals; Participate in architecture reviews, technical due diligence, and roadmap planning.

Requirements and skills:

Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar senior technical role; Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns (e.g., DDD, event-driven architecture, microservices, etc.); Hands-on experience with blockchain technologies and their application in gaming or fintech; Proficiency in modern backend stacks (e.g., Golang, GCP, Kubernetes, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, CockroachDB); Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and system design trade-offs; Experience with project lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration; Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences; Fluent English; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have:

Experience in the gaming industry or related domains (e-commerce, fintech); Familiarity with CI/CD, DevSecOps practices, and infrastructure as code; Exposure to security practices in blockchain-enabled applications; Experience working in globally distributed teams.
