Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies focused on lead generation and brand awareness, with an emphasis on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Analyze and optimize ongoing campaigns to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
- Research and apply the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Create engaging and targeted ad copy, graphics, and campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a consistent and effective lead pipeline.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and key metrics.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail in content creation and design.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ideally already based in Dubai (UAE) or willing to relocate.
Salary Range:
Between 5,000 AED and 12,000 AED, depending on experience and performance results.
