What you'll do:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key partners
  • Detailed research on potential blockchain partners
  • Outreaches to crypto and non-crypto companies for partnerships
  • Project managing partnership launches
  • Liaising between tech team and blockchain partners
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers
  • Screen inbound leads for potential business opportunities
  • Documenting key points on meetings with partners
  • Identifying gaps / issues in our current business development landscape and offer solutions
  • Creating pitch decks tailored to different target markets / audience
  • Support marketing team for B2B partnership activities to hit high growth targets
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Experience in B2B sales, marketing or related field with proven track record
  • Strong crypto knowledge, familiar with largest blockchain projects
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain crypto in simple terms
  • Project management skills is a plus
  • Persistent nature with outreaches and follow ups
  • Meticulous with details
  • Ability to build rapport with business partners
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be very proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong drive to exceed expectations
  • Comfortable in a startup environment with changing goals
  • Ability to negotiate especially in B2B context
