Business Acumen: You are in the know on current business practices/trends and have a good awareness of how strategies work in the marketplace

Stakeholder management: You are able to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders, including your colleagues and clients

Intellectual Curiosity: You are keen to learn new things and dig deeper than the surface. You always ask the right questions and can deal with complex concepts comfortably.

Conflict Management: You are always able to find common ground even in disagreements and can settle disputes amicably.

You will:

• Create effective internal and external communication strategies for our company
• Coordinate external and internal communications flow (memos, newsletters, press releases, media requests, etc.)
• Write content for our company’s website
• Manage media inquiries and arrange interviews, statements, etc.
• Crisis management
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and potentially influencers
• Serve as a facilitator and provide solutions for peaceful resolution of disputes.

You will be a great match if you possess:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, or similar relevant field
• Crisis management skills or experiences, is a plus
• Strong interest in Web 3.0 and decentralized technologies
