About the Role
Astria is seeking a Community Lead to collaborate closely with leadership. Responsibilities include building the Astria community and structuring our social media. This candidate will work closely with the Head of Marketing to communicate updates on Astria’s products and services and empower users to learn and build.
The ideal candidate can work independently as well as within a team and can work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture Astria’s community across social media channels, including Discord and Twitter
- Proactively suggest growth strategies and be a voice for Astria’s brand
- Develop engagement within the Astria community while triaging and resolving community issues
- Manage inbound and direct to appropriate team leads for further due diligence
- Work closely with Marketing for content creation and calendar
- Establish best social media security practices and bot detection
- Live and breathe the crypto industry and be the first to know about the latest
Requirements
- Previous experience leading community efforts for an infrastructure company
- A cool head and balanced approach to community building (we’re a serious company, but like to have fun)
- 3+ years of experience building community
- Previous crypto experience
- Discord and Twitter native
