What you’ll do:
- Identify and develop a customer-first, industry-defining loyalty program alongside a value roadmap that addresses accompanying objectives spanning all matters relating to customer retention, “repurchase” and reactivation whilst reducing churn.
- Own and maximise the customer lifecycle post-acquisition, cultivating loyalty to increase customer lifetime value.
- Manage and nurture the execution of Cake’s end-to-end omnichannel CRM strategy
- Define CRM objectives and roadmaps to deliver the CRM strategies in line with Cake’s key marketing objectives
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to implement and deliver Cake’s loyalty programme and other customer-related activations to deliver more commercial value
- Develop deep understanding of Cake’s customers and customer segments to improve customer acquisition and retention
- Plan and design different customer journeys to deliver value to our customers at different touch points
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to execute personalised campaigns on customer engagement platforms
- Uphold data governance standards and ensure data is captured consistently and appropriately across different touch points and channels and in compliance with the GDPR regulations
What you’ll need:
- Experience in designing and managing CRM programmes in the digital consumer, technology or finance sector
- Experience in designing and implementing loyalty programmes for the digital consumer
- If not direct experience in the crypto industry, experience working with relevant target demographics
- Experience with customer engagement platforms such as MoEngage, Emarsys or equivalent
- Data driven with strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with customer journey management and full-funnel digital marketing
- Fluency in a second language is preferred but not necessary
