Responsibilities:
- 1. Manage wallet and settlement team on day to day settlements;
- 2. Ensure that users’ cash in and out of the platform are completed;
- 3. Establish protocols and procedures to ensure timely settlement;
- 4. Identify issue and inefficiencies to improve our wallet operations;
- 5. Work with internal and external stakeholders on projects relating to wallet;
- 6. Other responsibilities allocated by management.
Requirements
- 1. A least 1 years of experience in operations;
- 2. Good understanding of fintech/financial business.
