Responsibilities:
Lead projects (scope, objectives, deliverables) with stakeholders.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Lead and motivate project teams and foster collaboration and productivity.
Manage client relationships (inquiries, expectations, updates).
Create and manage project timelines, meeting milestones and deadlines.
Manage changes to scope and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
Monitor project performance against and take corrective actions.
Requirements:
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to confidently interact and build rapport at all levels, including with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and planning abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
Be high-agency, persuasive, encouraging, and motivating and able to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior leadership, clients, and the communities in which we operate.
Prior experience with the following is a plus: Cryptography, Blockchain, Consulting Services, Service Delivery, MSA and SOW Contracts, Open Source Development, Infrastructure or Validation Services, or Resource Planning.
