 The Salesforce developer will be responsible for developing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.  This role involves working on complex projects and contributing to the continuous improvement of Salesforce applications.   The developer will possess a solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices, and be able to translate business needs into technical solutions. 

  Duties and Responsibilities:  

Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. implement Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, and flows. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.    Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests. Utilize Salesforce DX and other deployment tools to manage and deploy code changes. Participate in release management and deployment activities. Ensure the quality and stability of our Salesforce environments. Build out test automation packs. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications. Identify and implement performance improvements. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates and best practices. Contribute to the devops process.

  Required Skills and experience:  

2-5 years of experience in Salesforce development. Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization. Understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations. Experience with Salesforce DX and version control systems (e.g., Git, VS Code). Experience of full Salesforce SDLC. DevOps Experience (preferred). Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred). Experience with Agile development methodologies.
