The VP of People is a key leader in the company to help us shape our culture and people vision, as well as build out and lead the internal HR organization.

We are looking for a seasoned HR leader who is passionate about crypto/blockchain and understands how to build a strong core to connect a fast growing team around our mission and values.

Your focus areas will be:

Leadership

  • Leading by example, you raise the bar for the whole organization and rally everyone around a core set of values in a growth environment
  • You bring in a strong people vision and align that with our organizational business strategy
  • Be a senior sounding board for the executive team and lead the charge in terms of creating a professional HR structure
  • Lead the organization through market fluctuation with resilience and calm

HR Expertise & Technology

  • Roll out a new HR system to help us manage our core HR processes
  • Help streamline internal policies and build a point of view where you find gaps
  • Provide a balanced long-term and short-term strategic vision
  • Own strategic areas such as talent acquisition and retention, compensation & benefits, remote team engagement, culture & diversity
  • Benchmarks industry best practices and bring in a metrics driven approach

Global and Cultural Effectiveness

  • Build a unified culture, business norms and values
  • Instill an international mindset to connect our team across Asia and Europe, while being sensitive to local cultural needs and norms
  • Enable a culture that supports diversity, equality and inclusion in every aspect of the business.
  • Possess and demonstrate self-awareness, humility and a growth mindset

This is an opportunity to play a key role in a fast-growing and high-scale crypto startup company distributed across Asia and Europe with our main headquarter in Singapore.

You’ll be helping us grow from 120 to multi-hundred people over the next few years and will build an entire foundation for a flexible and adaptive HR function. You inherit a wonderful talent acquisition team and build other areas of expertise into a bigger structure. You are based in Singapore or have the opportunity to relocate here.
