We are building a digital bank that provides easy access to web2 and web3 services across

traditional finance, crypto, NFT’S, gaming and meta verse.

Comp – $200K-$250K + very generous bonus, equity and tokens

Location: New York - onsite

Role:

• You'll lead and scale the Web3 side of the business
• Lead the ideation, design, technical development, and launch of an innovative suite of products
• Tasked with learning about new blockchain and technologies and figuring out ways to turn them into products for our users
• Refine the long term vision for our core services and platforms to deliver capabilities that empower our products and deliver manful business value
• Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to impactful outcomes

To thrive in this role, you have:

• Previous experience in product leadership role within highly regulated industry, ideally Fintech, Crypto Currency or other financial services organization
• You are familiar with core banking
• An owner’s mindset - you don’t shy away from the hard stuff, and dig in to get to the bottom of problems
• Experience at a fast-growing start up in a cross-functional environment
