Crypto Finance Jobs

We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative individual to join our growing finance team at Ripple. The Senior Treasury Analyst will be involved in all aspects of global treasury operations and will support critical initiatives to facilitate the expansion of the company’s financial infrastructure. Reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager, this position will be responsible for payment execution, cash management, forecasting and reporting, investments and insurance support, and project management. This individual will collaborate daily with internal teams, as well as Ripple’s external partners. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.

To be successful in this role, you will be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to frequently assess and reorder priorities. You also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and are able to learn new concepts quickly. Additionally, you should have a genuine interest in emerging payment technology and the blockchain industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Support Accounting, Fin Ops, Tax and cross-functional teams for treasury related matters and business needs.
• Initiate fiat and digital asset payments while ensuring adherence to strict security protocols and processes.
• Prepare weekly cash reporting and bi-weekly cash forecasting for senior management.
• Support Investments administration. Maintain capital call schedules, coordinate with brokers and fund managers to manage investment distributions.
• Manage onboarding to new banks, OTC brokers, and crypto exchanges.
• Support administration of corporate purchase card programs.
• Complete KYC requests from banks, regulators, exchanges, and other external partners.
• Support insurance renewal process. Gather inputs from internal stakeholders, prepare applications, manage communication with brokers.
• Support Kyriba and other treasury product implementation initiatives.
• Navigate unstructured problems and know how to ask questions to proactively identify potential roadblocks and implement changes in an environment with shifting priorities.
• Ad hoc projects as directed by management.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in a Treasury role in the Payments, Fintech or Blockchain space
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting
• Experience with cross-border payments and FX
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Track record managing projects with effective communication across departments
• Ability to rapidly respond to changing priorities
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Proven ability to self-direct
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
