Weâre looking for a financial operations specialist with crypto experience to own daily processes, reconciliations, and reporting across crypto and fiat flows.
Responsibilities:
Work with Fireblocks:
- Conduct daily operations within the Fireblocks platform.
- Monitor and verify crypto wallet balances for accuracy.
Reconciliation and Asset Consolidation: - Đ°) Perform regular reconciliations of deposits and withdrawals across all wallets.
- b) Consolidate crypto and fiat assets from multiple accounts and report consolidated positions.
- c) Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during reconciliation.
- Process refunds and manage returns in compliance with internal controls
Transaction Processing and Accounting:
- Record all crypto movements and related financial operations in the accounting system.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing transactions are correctly documented and aligned with internal and regulatory standards.
Reporting and Compliance: - Maintain accurate records of all deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers.
- Support closing procedures by ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare reports for management related to cash and crypto positions, client balances, and movement summaries.
- 2+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or controlling
- ĐĄrypto industry experience
- Practical experience working with Fireblocks or similar crypto asset management platforms
- Strong understanding of crypto payment processes, wallet management, and reconciliation procedures
- Proficient with accounting software and Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
