We’re hiring Regional Growth Leads to take full ownership of our expansion in key markets: CIS, LATAM, Japan, DACH, and Vietnam.
You’ll be responsible for community growth, regional partnerships, and building a strong presence across platforms. This is a high-ownership role for self-starters who can execute independently and understand the nuances of their local Web3 markets. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Grow and manage Coin Terminal’s presence across Telegram, X (Twitter), and local platforms in your region 
• Build and maintain a network of KOLs, community partners, and ambassadors 
• Launch and lead regional campaigns, AMAs, and localized growth initiatives 
• Source and onboard region-based projects 
• Drive regional content creation and amplify brand presence across channels 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Based in or deeply familiar with one of the target regions: CIS, LATAM, Japan, DACH, or Vietnam 
• Native or fluent in a relevant local language (e.g., Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, or German) 
• 2+ years of experience in community, growth, or regional marketing 
• Strong network within Web3 and crypto-native circles 
• Proactive, resourceful, and outcome-focused
