About the role:
We are looking for a delta-1 market making trader to join our market making desk in the quant trading team. You will contribute to our market making business by leverage on our automated trading infrastructure and research platform.
Responsibility
- Conduct new derivatives market making algorithms and optimize existed automated market making structure
- Work with quant developers to assist in building derivatives pricing library and contribute on processes design and support, relevant platform development
- Expand automated trading business to new trading products and venues, calibrate and fine tune the performance.
- Conduct post trade analysis of trading strategies and algo performance.
- Conduct daily market sentiment, risk exposure, P&L and reporting, product cycle management
- Bachelors or Masters’ degree in quantitative discipline from top global university
- Previous working experience in the front office, Derivatives market making experience is preferred but not required
- Previous trading experience in cryptocurrency field is preferred.
- Have strong analytical skills and pay high attention to detail.
- Have exposure to Python/C++/Java and an interest to expand your technical skills.
