Lifecycle Manager - LATAM
Responsibilities:
- Drive and lead lifecycle marketing efforts across the Spanish-speaking Latam countries, creating, developing, and preparing campaigns for all business assets and implementing the strategies with the highest ROI;
- Responsible for the comprehensive management of user lifecycle metrics: activation, retention, and regaining churned users;
- Develop marketing strategies aimed at maximizing the long-term value of clients through customer segmentation, personalization, automated user journeys, and the ideal combination of products and distribution channels;
- Create and manage lifecycle marketing KPIs, with emphasis on driving conversions via Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) channels such as email, app push, and inmail;
- Measure, understand, and report critical metrics within the organization;
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to design, monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns;
- Establish marketing best practices (including segmentation, A/B testing strategies, and email journeys) using data-driven insights;
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure that technical requirements are met to implement lifecycle marketing strategies successfully;
- Envision LATAM's lifecycle next steps, its challenges and opportunities, being able to build innovative solutions and anticipate user needs.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in fields such as marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, and e-commerce marketing;
- Experience in launching both large-scale and targeted campaigns throughout the user lifecycle;
- Well-versed and skilled in the areas of CRM/lifecycle management and email marketing/automation;
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Hubspot is preferred;
- Experience in user segmentation, customer lifecycle management, and A/B testing;
- Background in product development, product life-cycles, business process re-engineering, and continuous innovation;
- Strong analytical capabilities related to user behavior analysis, user retention strategy development in marketing funnels, with a solid understanding of Google Analytics, event tracking, and data structures. Expertise in data mining, measurement, and analysis;
- Creative thinking for developing innovative marketing strategies and engaging campaigns;
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets;
- An innate propensity for urgency and outstanding work ethics;
- Spanish native and Fluency in English;
- Crypto enthusiast is a plus.
