What You’ll Do

• Generate and present timely, accurate, and insightful management reports to stakeholders, highlighting financial results, key performance indicators and variance analysis
• Develop impactful, compelling presentation materials and presentation support that effectively communicates financial projections, drivers, business performance, risks and opportunities to leadership
• Establish business relationships across the organization and serve as a strategic thought partner with cross-functional teams
• Provide strong business analytic decision support on numerous revenue and cost initiatives, return on investment analyses and/or other assigned projects
• Conduct deep dives into particular expense or revenue lines to understand their drivers and identify potential levers to enhance financial performance
• Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Support the development of the annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics or relevant field (MBA a plus)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, and/or investment banking
• Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (including advanced formulas, scenario analysis and pivot tables)
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills utilizing data, metrics and financial modeling and analysis to solve complex, multivariable problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong collaborator with an ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams
• Experience driving initiatives to identify areas for process improvement and deliver results
• Willing to take a hands-on approach and get involved in all aspects of the job
• Passion for crypto and web3 demonstrated through personal or professional experience and a regular consumption of industry news and developments

Compensation:

This is a full-time position with an expected annual compensation of $100,000.00 - $135,000. The actual compensation for a successful candidate may vary based on factors such as skill set, relevant experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. This position also offers other forms of compensation and benefits consisting of overtime compensation (when applicable), relocation assistance (if applicable), performance-linked bonus, paid time off (including sick time) benefits, paid Company holidays, participation in the Company’s equity and 401k retirement plan, competitive employee health, dental, and vision benefitseach subject to the terms and conditions of the governing plan documents and Company policies.
