Scope of the role

An exciting opportunity to spend a summer in our Business Management team as an Business Intelligence intern, with the possibility of a full time role for an exceptional candidate on completion of the programme.

This role will be responsible for data analysis reporting and knowledge management from both internal and external sources to inform stakeholders with evidence to support key decision making.

You will be working across all business units and functions to support all areas of B2C2 including c-suite, Marketing & Communications, Compliance, Sales, Trading, Quant, and Operations.

This is a rare chance to work in the engine room of one of the leading firms in institutional crypto trading and we are looking for motivated undergraduate students (second or third year). There are no hard requirements for degree subjects but expect to be handling, structuring and presenting large amounts of data as part of the role.

Students undertaking a postgraduate course (MSc) are welcome to apply.

We are looking for

• In the process of completing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree at a top tier university
• Excellent analytical skills, able to interpret and summarise varied data sets
• A passion for problem solving and ideally finance / crypto
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, particularly when utilising the G-suite
• Any prior experience with a CRM (Salesforce) would be beneficial
• Self starter, confident and driven
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn business process and governance

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g., reporting tools)
• Create visualisations and reports for requested projects
• Identify development areas to improve and streamline operations, processes, and strategies with technology solutions
• Produce content to support demands for marketing materials and eventually automate data reporting as much as possible
• Analyse data for internal data requests
• Produce data insights

If you have some but not all of the above don’t worry. In general we’d prefer engagement, eagerness to learn, and cooperation to technical brilliance. We plan on teaching the latter anyway.
