Binance is looking for a Business Data Analyst who is excited by the opportunity to play a role in defining the future of money.

This is a full-time remote position working with the local data team reporting to the UK Country Head. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate and interested in crypto assets, innovation and financial technology with proven experience in data analytics.

Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate, define, monitor and advise on business and product KPIs and metrics along with different teams.
    • Responsible for the delivery of business analysis, performance monitoring and reporting.
    • Responsible for managing data requests from business stakeholders; can understand business change needs and assess the impact of those changes.
    • Working closely with different stakeholders (e.g. Operation, Business, Product, etc.) to develop analyses that lead to actionable business or product insights.
    • Research the market landscape and analyse data to generate insights into the country's performance.
    • Use data to explain new business developments and the root cause behind issues.
    • Responsible for the delivery of advanced analytics, reporting and BI applications.

Requirements:

    • 1-3 years of working experience in a previous Business Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role.
    • Capable of handling details and having the ownership of the task is a must.
    • Experience with common analysis tools such as SQL, R or PythonSolid experience with at least one data visualisation tool (Datawind, Tableau, Qlick, PowerBI, etc.)
    • Quick learner, sensitive to numbers, have strong data analysis skills.
    • A creative and innovative approach to solving problems.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit; positive, team player and energetic attitude.
    • An Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Finance or Management is a plus.
    • Great interpersonal skills to be able to build relationships with multiple stakeholders across different geographies and responsibilities.
