- Leverage data across our global products to refresh our user personas and dive deeper into customer segmentations and behaviors on a regular basis, given the fast-moving nature of crypto
- Bridge UX Research and Product Analyst teams to recommend and report on daily/weekly/monthly metrics for Okcoin and competitors such as âtime to complete tasksâ (onboarding, first purchase, etc.), average time spent in app, download rate, DAU, revenue, churn rate, SUS scores, etc.
- Share actionable research findings to internal audiences via infographics, written reports and in-person presentations
- Be an instrumental part of creating the best-in-class user experience for current and future cryptocurrency customers
- 2-5 years of experience as a research analyst, data analyst, product analyst, or similar role
- Ability to translate stakeholder requests into insightful data reports, and âtell the storyâ to non-technical audiences
- Deep understanding of quantitative research methodologies and when/how to leverage them (e.g. survey sampling and design, significance testing, regression modeling, experimental design, behavioral data analysis)
- Experience in data manipulation and analysis using statistical tools (R/SAS/Stata, SQL/Hive)
- Past experience working with a user research team
- Able to not only report on data and insights, but have âbigger pictureâ understanding of what the strategic impact is, and how we can fill in the âwhyâ behind the data with existing or future user research findings
- Experience deriving data-driven insights for Fintech, Investment platforms, or Crypto products
- Some existing understanding of Bitcoin, crypto, DeFi and blockchain (Bonus if you already are obsessed!)
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Experience working with global teams across offices and timezones

- Ability to travel internationally about 10% of the time
