As a Marketing team it is our job to acquire new customers, educate our customers and make sure our customers use our Products. We do this based on trust to make it easy and simple for our customers to use our products.

We are looking for a high potential performance marketing manager to join Nuri's Marketing team, to design and execute our paid campaigns along with optimizing customer journeys and lead the paid customer acquisition efforts into the next phase: hypergrowth. You will work closely with the Marketing & Growth leadership, the central marketing team, design and data teams to implement and execute our audience growth & acquisition engine. Your mission

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to reach marketing targets including leads, users, CPL & CPU and revenue
• Take ownership of monitoring and managing performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Bing, Facebook and other paid advertisement platforms
• Proactively come up with campaign ideas and content strategies to communicate the product to new audiences
• A/B test creatives, landing pages and copies to drive aggressive growth targets
• Contribute ongoing reporting and analytics that effectively communicate performance to business stakeholders
• Have a data-driven approach to make informed decisions while optimising campaigns and improving effectiveness in all paid media channels
• Work closely with marketing design, content and external creative teams to develop creative assets
• Work on enhancing the ROI and CAC

Your profile

• Work experience of 3+ years in Performance Marketing (PPC, SEA, Display, Retargeting or related online marketing areas), ideally in rapidly growing startup or established companies
• Very good understanding of digital data analytics, web analytics and A/B testing
• Very good understanding of customer journey
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once, making sure you meet quality, resources and time constraints
• Deep understanding of customer needs in order to craft strong narratives around our propositions for our key customer segments
• A good combination of analytic/segmentation/forecasting skills, and also communication/messaging skills
