As a Community Manager at Eco, you will:

• Help look after our amazing community (over 27k strong) by answering questions about Eco, moderating discussions, developing and scoring bounties and developing community-led efforts.
• Act as our resident memelord. Incentivize and direct the creation of high quality Eco related memes and curate a collection of the ‘best of the best’ memes that speak to the fundamental values of Eco.
• Help define the governance structure of the Eco community and implement the processes, frameworks and tools necessary in preparation for eventual self governance.
• Perpetuate and maintain the sense of positivity, community and engagement that we have cultivated since the launch of the Eco Discord.
• This is a part time position that has the potential to become full time for the right fit.

We’re looking for you if:

• You live and breathe crypto. You’re going to spend most of your days talking about it...so you’d better love it!
• You have previous experience working with groups in a leadership role to achieve common goals.
• You have a flexible schedule (the community never sleeps….you definitely can but it helps if you keep odd hours.)
• You have a well developed sense of ‘mimeti value’ and the importance of memes in driving culture in crypto.
• A large part of your job will be creating and running ‘creative’ challenges. An artistic or creative background is a big asset.
• You can give examples of other crypto communities you'recurrently participating in and explain what you love about them and how they might be improved.
