Let’s go!    Your mission As a Product Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the build-up of the Product Control function within the Assets & Trading team. You will contribute to daily P&L and KPI processes, help strengthen controls and reporting, and provide transparency on performance. This role is hands-on, with strong exposure to Trading, Accounting, Risk, ALM, Infrastructure, Data, BI, and Engineering teams.   What you’ll do 

Produce and reconcile daily P&L and KPIs, including variance analysis and performance insights. Analyse and explain key P&L drivers (hedging, inventory, FX) to support transparency and decision-making. Contribute to Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) reporting, ensuring visibility on execution quality and spreads. Embed P&L and KPI considerations into the product lifecycle, strengthening controls and reporting from day one. Collaborate cross-functionally with Trading, Risk, Finance, Data, and Engineering to validate positions, resolve breaks, and deliver dashboards on profitability, risk, and TCA metrics.

  Who you are 

Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (CFA, CPA, ACCA) are a plus. 2+ years of experience in product control, financial operations, or middle-office roles within banking, trading, or fintech. Solid understanding of P&L, trading products, and financial instruments (digital assets/crypto experience is a strong advantage). Proficiency with data tools (Excel/SQL; Python or similar is a plus). Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a practical, hands-on approach with willingness to grow into greater ownership and accountability.
