Remote Crypto Jobs

We are seeking Founding Product Managers to collaborate with SuperLayer leadership and leverage our resources and expertise to build these products from the ground up, which will eventually spin out as standalone companies. We're particularly focused in the near term on building social crypto products, so we're prioritizing people with deep social product experience. For this particular project, we are focused on a groups based project which will enable verticalized communities to create tokenized networks owned by members, who work together to fund a collective goal.

REQUIREMENTS

In this role you will…

• Serve as Head of Product but also General Manager of a fledgling company building from zero to one and leveraging SuperLayer’s technology platform
• Work closely with the SuperLayer leadership team to align on a vision for a tokenized consumer application and drive overall product strategy
• Convert this product strategy into a prioritized product and business roadmap, partnering with Engineering, Design and Business Teams to drive execution through MVP launch and beyond
• Communicate progress and other items of importance to SuperLayer leadership and key stakeholders
• Solve organizational needs by either recruiting world class talent or partnering with in-house SuperLayer resources
• Partner with other Founding Product Managers to share expertise and advise on approaches that can facilitate the rapid development and scaling of all projects

To be a good fit for us, you have...

• 10+ years of experience leading and managing the Product function for high growth consumer or social applications, with at least 3 years experience focused on building communities within a group interface
• Strong portfolio of shipped products that show a data-driven and analytical approach to strategy and decision making
• Experience working closely with go-to-market teams and ensuring the success of product launches with end users
• Compelling communication and storytelling expertise along with strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• The ability to weave complex technologies and business models into compelling and even magical experiences for end users
• Previous founder experience and/or interest in blockchain/crypto is a plus
