Current university students and recent graduates who can work at least 4 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Support the project manager to interface with all levels of the organization for requirements coordination, evaluation, analysis and reporting on third-party vendor security assessment program.
- Understand the basic logic of various business operations, quickly support business needs, and efficiently handle information collection, organization, and other tasks during cross-departmental collaboration.
- Conduct routine evaluations for project outcome measurement using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Build and improve reporting metrics to enhance data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be a full-time undergraduate/graduate student in good academic standing, preferably in the fields of Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Introductory knowledge of security concepts: CyberSecurity, Information Security.
- Proven working experience as a project administrator in conducting or managing security audits is highly desirable.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills, strong logical thinking and organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
